The Diputación de Cádiz will presenting a series of showcookings on 3rd, 4th and 5th. These tastings will be paired with dishes prepared by local restaurants and will take place in the tent of the Tourist Board located in the Patio del Molino del Alcázar.

Sunday 3rd

Monday 4th
12h Showcooking con chef Leon Griffioen y el sumiller Raúl Vilabrille del Restaurante Código de Barra con vinos de las Bodegas Piñero, Urium, las Las Botas y la compañía de la enóloga Rocio Urium.
18h30 Showcooing wirh chef Mauro Barreiro, Restaurante La Curiosidad de Mauro and the colaboration of Consejo Regulador del Vino de Jerez and the Gastronomy embassador Pepe Ferrer..
Tuesday 5th
12h Showcooking 'Jabugo y Jerez', a master cutter of Cinco Jotas Javier Quintero and a selection of wines from Bodegas Osborne the tasting will be presented by Iván Llanza.
18h30 Showcooking with chef Francisco Navarro 'Restaurante Willy 1975' sommelier Wins Kort and wines from Bodegas Tradición.
* Tickets for each of the showcooking will be made available to the professionals attending Vinoble, one hour before its celebration. These tickets may be withdrawn at the Stand of the Provincial Board of Cadiz located in the Patio del Molino del Alcázar
